Artwork and Bag Sample Approval
Artwork and Bag Sample Approval
Clear approvals turn a concept into a consistent order. Review design, colour, construction and quantity together and keep one specification. This helps when different colleagues handle branding, procurement and delivery.

Original artwork
Send vector artwork where available or the highest-quality original. Screenshots can hide poor resolution and missing detail. Include fonts or outlined lettering where possible, plus colour references. Confirm reproduction permission before preparation. Label the file clearly and explain whether it replaces an earlier version so an outdated logo is not accidentally used during sampling or quotation.
Measured placement
Mockups should identify the side and intended design dimensions. Measure distances from seams, pockets or the opening. Check spelling, phone numbers, addresses and bilingual text. Digital previews establish composition but not exact shade, texture or embroidered appearance. Compare the design on the proposed product when these details matter, and retain the final approved position with its measurements.
Sample purpose
A swatch, strike-off and sewn sample answer different questions. Decide whether approval must cover colour, printing, size, construction or all four. Use actual contents for fit checks. Ask whether the sample uses proposed production materials and trims, and document unresolved differences. A substitute sample may explain shape without establishing the final fabric or finishing quality.
One approved version
Date the approval with SKU, quantity, colour split and changes. Identify superseded files. Changes to material, dimensions or placement need updated confirmation. Keep files and sample photos together instead of relying on scattered messages. Consolidate feedback from colleagues before approval so conflicting instructions do not remain open, and identify who can accept revisions for the order.
Review and delivery
Share UAE city and receipt deadline at enquiry. Sampling charges, revisions, minimum quantities, production and transport are confirmed for the selected order. Mockup approval does not reserve stock or guarantee dates. Put commitments in the commercial confirmation. If approval is delayed or the design changes, request an updated schedule before promising a delivery date to event teams or customers.
If different people approve colour and construction, combine their feedback before issuing final acceptance. Record any approved exception explicitly so a sample difference is not mistakenly treated as an unresolved production instruction.
